21-1/2" Skeleton Dog on Leash 4.8 5 94 101
Fun dog We got the skeleton last year . I could not bare to put him away ,so I dressed him for winter and put him driving our boat . I told people he was on vacation...In the summer I put him in a hat ,shorts ,Hawaiian shirt and fip flops . He is now sitting in a chair in the yard. He looked so lonely , I bought him the dog. I will be dressing the dog also. My husband has named him Fluffy. August 10, 2014
Should have read all reviews My skeleton dog arrived a few days ago, but I just had the opportunity to assemble it. Started out fine, but then I couldn't get one of the back legs to stay on. I discovered the piece I was attaching it to had a split seam, so it wasn't tight enough for it to stay attached. Then I found the head wouldn't stay on securely. I tried to super glue the split seam, and almost ended up with my thumb permanently bonded to a dog skeleton. I like the way it looks, but for the price, I think the quality should be better. I have it together now, but it seems fragile. This defect was mentioned in some of the reviews, but I failed to read all of them. A blessing in disguise that there were no more 5' skeletons available as it is probably of the same quality. October 26, 2014
Best dog I've ever had! I received the Skeleton Dog yesterday and I am so pleased! The legs and neck lock into the joints so that he stands and poses on his own. Great quality and great looks! Best of all, he doesn't shed! August 2, 2014
quality and realism Our dog is exactly this size, so it has an extra scare factor and is really funny to see people walk by. Our house has become an attraction by the kids and, especially, other dogs. The very end of the tail has a small amount of exposed wire that is rusting, but that might be an anomaly. If you buy one, cut off the wire end and seal it so it doesn't rust and spread on yours. I wish I could add a photo here to show you our dog standing right next to the skeleton in almost the same position. It's a real winner, this item. October 27, 2014
Skeleton and dogs I bought the threesome this year and LOVE them. I am a teacher and have my own office, so the three are set up in my office. In addition to the skeleton, I also bought the top hat and accessories. I love he is so pose-able. He is currently sitting in a rolling chair in my office, dressed for a night out on the town. Because he is so dapper, I had to make the dogs more of an accessory for him than a "threat" so I made them each rhinestone collars and dressed them each in my Yorkie's Halloween tutu's. They are GREAT! The kid's love them and have even named them. The larger is Princess and the smaller is Sunshine. I can't bare to put them away after the season is over!!!! October 10, 2014
Great looking skeleton dog This dog looks awsome! Great detail and a great addition to the collection. Will fit perfectly with the GrandIn Skeleton I purchased last year. To bad the leash isn't detachable and that it can only stand. But nevertheless that, this dog overseeded my expectations big time! Very pleased with it! August 8, 2014
Good Quality I was very pleased with the quality of the skeleton dog. I've seen other skeleton dogs in other stores but it doesn't compare to the ones that Grandin Road provides in their catalog/online. You will not regret your purchase. October 24, 2014
LOVE LOVE LOVE my skeleton dogs Great quality !! They make all of my neighbors laugh. I purchased both skeleton dogs. Both are great and i expect to have them for many years. I kept the boxes so i could safely pack them away for next year. October 24, 2014

Answer:
No, It is already assembled ( kind of folded up in box ) but everything is hooked together , you just have to click the legs into place once you pull it out of the box. But the position you see is the position you get. I love it the way it is. You won't regret adopting this fella.

Answer:
No, what you see is the position you get. I suppose if you want to break it you can make it sit. But It's perfect the way it is.

Answer:
Just popping the legs in. They are attached to the dog already, but to fit in the box they are loose. You have to push the legs in to make them secure. Very easy. It will take you ten seconds tops.

Answer:
The legs are folded up when you pull it out of the box. But there are bands holding the legs and you just snap them into place and it's good to go. Very easy.
