what do they mean by a dedicated line

What do they mean by a dedicated line and why does it not say that about the wall mounted heater? Which one would be better for a screened in porch.....12 x 14? I am in NC so it does not get terribly cold all that often.

Answer:
Thank you for your interest in the Crosley Tabletop Patio Heater. A dedicated line is a circuit is set aside with a specific purpose, with its own circuit breaker in your electrical box. A dedicated circuit is intended for use with a single appliance only. No other appliances will be plugged into or utilize the energy from this circuit, making it “dedicated” to that single appliance. Dedicated circuits ensure major appliances that draw a lot of electrical current are able to access the energy they need without overloading your system, blowing a fuse or tripping a circuit breaker.
Our Wall-mounted Infrared Stainless Steel Patio Heater requires a certified GFI outlet.
