Rated 5 out of 5 by Mesmerizing We love this print, it has depth & style and is just perfect for our industrial design, I wouldn't change a thing! August 3, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect in every way I was looking for something different. I knew this was it as soon as I saw it. When the picture arrived, it was more than perfect. Just love it!!! August 15, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Definitely worth the money I purchased this to fill a tall stairs wall, and because my husband has worked for the railroad for 28 years. I bought the large image and it has been hand embellished beautifully. It has a great shimmer to it which invites light into the stairway. The middle of the engine greets you as you enter our home. The colors from 10 feet away are shimmery silver and iron colored. The embellished frame makes the train tracks and ballast look three dimensional. If you are even on the fence about this, take the chance. It can be dressed up to be totally modern or you can take it back in time, totally up to you. August 21, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Gorgeous Was unsure of whether or not this would be too "STEAM LOCOMOTIVE" right in your face but it is stunning. Has a metallic quality to the canvas which surprised me at first but really makes the piece. We get so many compliments and with so many little train fanatics in our house, it was fun to have a 'grown-up' train piece. Highly recommend! September 17, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Freight train art I do love this picture however when we hung it on the wall the frame is warped by about two inches. Because of where we are hanging it, it is not very obvious. Still disappointed though. August 14, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Freight Train Artwork The artwork is stunning. The large size of the art work seems to bring the train right into the room. August 17, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Looks great, overall happy Exactly as pictured, I'm loving the way this looks! I would have given 5 stars but a tiny amount of the corner packing material adhered to one of the lower corners. I can live with it, but they should reconsider the white cardboard corner material. For the price, they should also include the hanging materials. September 13, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice Transitional Art I bought the smaller of the two sizes for a wall between the kitchen and dining room where the kitchen has mostly stainless appliances and the dining room is mostly oak. It is an interesting piece- it reminds me of an old "negative" photo or an old photo printed on a metal plate- this isn't quite captured in the catalog picture where it looks like a black print on a cream background. The art does not wrap around the sides- these are silver. My husband thinks it would be a good piece for a "man cave". Very unique for train buffs. September 19, 2016

In the picture in catalog and online it looks like the painting has the slightest bit of a rose or pinkish hue to it. Is that correct?

Answer:
The picture has a slight pale yellow-rose cast to it. If you held it up to rose-gold I think it would look more gold than rose.

Answer:
More of a bluish greenish grayish hue. The tones change at different times of the day as the daylight changes. It is really stunning.

Answer:
Thank you for your interest in the Freight Train Artwork. This item has an overall metallic, silver-toned treatment for a more industrial-contemporary look. It does not have a rose color.

Answer:
I do not see a rose color in this artwork. It is beautifully done in black, grays and silver. It also has texture to it.

Answer:
It's really more of a silver. MAYBE a little sepia-toned, but thats a stretch. We have it on taupe walls, so that definitely lends a warmer hue to it. Because of the metallic quality, it will most likely take on the colors around it.
