Inflatable 15' Halloween Grim Reaper & Pumpkin Carriage 4.3 5 73 77
Awesome! This is an awesome inflatable! We set it up in our family room to be sure it works, and we like it so much it is still there. The sound is great and we are having a blast setting it off by clapping, throat-clearing, and by the metallic clink-hiss of opening a can of soda. At first we had an issue mentioned by other reviews - the horse wouldn't stand up on it's own because it's legs weren't inflated strongly enough. However, I checked-over the seams and found two zippers that were partially unzipped (one next to the fan on the bottom, and one at the bottom edge of the pumpkin under the smile). I closed the zippers. I also found two small spots where the seams had split, and we fixed those by using clear packing tape. Ta-daa! The horse now stands up perfectly without any support. We love this Reaper/Coach inflatable and are keeping it as an indoor decoration until Halloween, and then it will go outside to entertain the trick-or-treaters. It is certainly entertaining us right now! August 10, 2012
Great addition to your Halloween decorations This is by far the best addition to our Halloween decorations. I'm not into inflatables, but for some reason I had to have this and I'm so glad we bought it. It's easy to inflate in minutes and lights up. Some of the reviews indicated issues, but we had none. It came to us in perfect condition. We did however place two spot lights on it to really make it light up. We sit on 2.5 acres of woods and it really looks cool sitting among the trees on our lot. We have gotten calls telling us how great it looks. You can't go wrong. If you are wondering whether to purchase it or not, I would say definitely get it!! October 6, 2013
Fabulous after we fixed the horse This thing is so amazing! We had it out for Halloween last night and the whole neighborhood used it as a backdrop for Halloween family photos. It is so neat and impressive. The problem, as everyone mentions, is the horse. He tends to not hold the air well and starts to sink at the front legs. I tried to put tape on the seams thinking that was the problem. It didn't work. I think the motor just isn't strong enough to keep him inflated. I quickly grabbed one of the Styrofoam tombstones that I had staked in the ground and stuck it in between his front legs. It was the perfect height, looked cool and barely noticeable and kept him up beautifully all night. That tombstone has since been packed up with him for next year. ;) So cool! Still worth every penny! November 1, 2013
REALLY CUTE- A WEE BIT WIMPY I loved this reaper and carriage and wanted to purchase it for 2 years. FINALLY- got it on sale and was very excited when it came in. It is gorgeous and quite a show stopper. My primary concerns are a) the horse's legs do not automatically shift into place when I turn this on at night. They are wimpy. I have to climb into my front yard and straighten them out each time. b) because of it's size and the overall set up time, I keep it in my yard when it is deflated. When the yard sprinklers come on... this gets so water-logged that the horse sometimes won't stand up at all later on... even when the sprinklers are on super low c) wish the audio was much more sensitive, so it would go off when folks walk by. I actually have to go into my front yard and hit it in order to activate the audio October 11, 2013
100% Awesome This is an AMAZING decoration to any lawn. It looks fantastic, sounds great and you'll get look after look and comment after comment on how cool it is. Second - it is a huge item that stores into a small box for easy storage. It's expensive, but well worth it. July 6, 2011
Could be better We are finding that the fan motor is not powerful enough to keep the horse which is in the very front from constantly kneeling. We have to keep adjusting it several times a day. This is not our first Halloween inflatable from Grandinroad. We have several, but this is the first one that has given us trouble. September 28, 2013
This is too great!! We bought this last year and it was more fun than we ever imagined. The thing is huge and definitely doesn't go unnoticed. We put it in the front yard and watched people stop or slow down to see it as they went by. I can't wait to put it up again this year. October 3, 2011
Show stopper, year after year! Although expensive fullprice, its a show stopper! People will drive past & back up to see it. People will gather in crowd to get pictures with it. I get tons asking where I got it! Nothing like it in Canada here. The sound box comes on when a cars lights shine on it & says, "YOUR NEXT!" & laughs. This is the second year its out & stored well! Just pull out of the surprising small box (for its size) & plug in & it blows up fast!! Light steam if you want the wrinkles out. Wish the horse had a blower in it too, to display more fuller, but who cares, as its only up for a small time. People & pass byers dont care! They just think its so cool. Awesome addition & easy to setup. I use lantern lights around base of it to create more light. If you love to have the coolest halloween decor on the block, get this while its on sale! You love it, year after year & so will your crowd. October 26, 2011

Answer:
The box is approximately 20" high x 14" square. My guess would be the total boxed weight might be 12 lbs or so, definitely less than 20. The box is stored or I would take it out for a good weight. The whole thing packs easily into the original box for storage. The only part of the inflatable with any weight at all is the blower stand. It actually anchors the inflatable to the ground and then you use the supplied tethers to keep it grounded.

Answer:
The box was actually much smaller than I thought it would be - about 21/2 by 21/2 feet. I don't know the weight but not very heavy, I had no problem lifting it or carrying it myself. The item is fantastic! I can't wait to set it out again this Halloween!

Answer:
It only weighs about 2-3 lbs and that is the fan that blows him up. The carriage/horse weighs nothing.

Answer:
Item fit into a rather small box (I was surprised) i would say about 15x12x12, weight was not more than 7-8 pounds. Very compact and stoable for the size of the inflated item.

Answer:
I can't tell you the exact weight, but it is pretty light weight even with the fan. It compacts down small enough for us to put it in a clear tote storage tub. It would probably compact down smaller, but that works for us to store it.

Thank you for your interest in the Inflatable 15' Halloween Grim Reaper & Pumpkin Carriage. It is possible there may be a leak in the legs causing them not stay fully inflated. Please call our Product Specialists at 800 537 8484 for additional troubleshooting.

Answer:
Have you checked underneath the carriage and made sure all the zippers are completely zipped We had a similar problem and when I started to look it over for a rip in the seam, I found one of the zippers unzipped. The minute I zipped it up, the whole thing inflated quickly and stood right up.

I have 4 questions:

1. Do the eyes of the horse light up?
2. Does the he pumpkin has a face and lanterns on both sides or just one?
3. Is it possible to change the light bulbs if they burn?
4. What kind of lights are they (LED, etc)?

I'm very interested in purchasing this item, but I need this questions answered first. Thank you.

Yes you can change the light bulbs if they burn out. In fact it comes with a spare replacement bulb.
