Mary Skaggs' home in The Woodlands, TX, is about to undergo a $25,000 transformation thanks to Grandin Road and Southern Living. As the winner of this year's Sweepstakes, sponsored by both Grandin Road catalog and Southern Living magazine, Mary will be teaming up with Southern Living editors to update her abode with $25,000 worth of Grandin Road furniture and decor.

Like most sweepstakes winners, Mary was not expecting to win. "I was surprised and, of course, very happy," she said. However, soon after hearing the good news she quickly went to work determing which areas of her home would receive a makeover.

Two of her targeted areas for improvement are her screened-in porch and family's den. She's currently eyeing Grandin Road's durable all-weather furniture to add comfort and style to the porch, and plans to use Grandin's trendy indoor décor to update her den. With design advice from the Southern Living editors and new furnishings from Grandin Road, Mary's home will undergo an update that's sure to impress all who visit.
