Very nice piece, sturdy, appears well made. relatively easy to assemble - you will need wood glue and small drill bit and drill for ultimate sturdiness. Ivory leather was my choice, and leather quality is high, true to color on photos.

We love the ottoman. The color was exactly as pictured. The size and storage are perfect. If I had a complaint it was how to put it together. It was easy to put the first set of screws in but when installing the brackets, there were no premade holes for the bracket screws. No fear as I have a handy husband, but if I were single, I would have been clueless. Overall, we are very happy.

I bought the mallard color and it is a gorgeous piece of furniture. Very sturdy, larger than I had expected but perfect for the end of my bed! Very nice leather.

There are no pre-drilled holes so assembly is a very difficult. I am trying to decide if I will pay someone to put it together for me, or if I will return it. Jury is out.
I can't comment on anything else right now. It sits un-assembled, upside-down on my living room floor.

Before ordering I checked on GR's return policy which is very accommodating. Since i was ordering a rather colorful leather, the color had to be right on for the execution of my decorating plan, so i needed to know if I could return the product easily.
When it arrived, I found the color to be perfect, very true to the color on the website. Assembly was straightforward and easier than I had thought. Bottom line: I love the look, AND the quality. You won't be disappointed!

I was nervous ordering furniture from a catalog, but when I saw how wonderful this bench was I was so glad I took the plunge-fantastic-just as described in the catalog. Substantial, nice firm seat. I got the ivory leather and the color is perfect. The only thing, I might of had some trouble if I had to put it together by myself, but luckily I didn't and it only took a few minutes.
