Over-door Beveled Door Mirror 4.6 5 172 181
closet mirror Works great for tight spaces. It is just as pictured and described. December 8, 2014
Exactly what I needed! Mirror is perfect for my newly remodeled bathroom. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and delivery, either. Thank you! December 5, 2014
Extreme Disappointment Good looking mirror. I thought it was just what I was looking for. HOWEVER the quality couldn't be worse. The image is terribly distorted - makes me look shorter and fatter - not good. Cannot return it since all packaging is now gone. So very sad.... November 19, 2014
Beautiful Mirror! This mirror came extremely well packaged and was in perfect condition when we received it. It's very well made, and I LOVE the fact that you don't have to drill any holes in your door to hang it. The hooks for hanging it are a great quality. It's a great size and fits beautifully on our bathroom door. I highly recommend it!!! November 15, 2014
Absolutely Wonderful Love this mirror! Such quality. Very heavy. Worth every penny. Easy to hang and even looks great on the inside of the closet! LOVE IT! November 19, 2014
great mirror received the mirror in perfect condition - packed well - hangs nicely over the door October 27, 2014
Great concept, but..... I was very excited to come across this mirror. I recently renovated my master bath and chose to use individual mirrors over the new double sinks. However, this left me lacking for a "better view" to check out the overall look in the morning. Being in short supply of wall space, I didn't want to cheapen the look of my beautiful new bathroom with a screw on door mirror. I ordered this product with high hopes! It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. This mirror definitely has style and is lovely in weight and substance. My only issue is the width. I have lever style door handles throughout my home and unfortunately, the doors available in my bathroom (commode door and linen closet door) are not sufficiently wide enough to accomodate this mirror without interfering with the operation of the door. I'm keeping the mirror, just have to make a new game plan on where to locate it. Be sure to measure and calculate to make sure it will fit before you purchase. November 12, 2012
Wonderful!!! I am thrilled with my Birthday present. I have wanted this mirror for awhile and this year I was fortunate to receive it as a Birthday gift. It is just wonderful! This mirror is just the right size for my bathroom door and is very attractive as well. September 25, 2014

Answer:
No, the handle is not permanently installed. It is entirely flexible to move from one place to another. It is heavy enough to be considered stable if you choose not to move it.

Answer:
The hanging apparatus is actually 2 seperate pieces: The hook is a U shaped wide padded piece of metal that fits over the top of the door. It has a channel in which the second piece, a tubular rectangle piece, fits into. there is also a lip on the back of the mirror to hang from the rectangular piece, making it all fit together. Hope this helps!

Answer:
No, the mirror has a strong hook on the back. Use the center piece (the rectangle) between the mirror hook and the door hook. 3 separate pieces. I'm petite and I did it all by myself.

Answer:
No the handle at the top is not permanently attached...which is a good thing. But it does not attach at the bottom. This is a problem when you open or close the door...with no attachment at the bottom the mirror flops back and forth.

Love this mirror and want it hung flat on the dry wall instead of over a door. I would put a heavy (23+lbs.) picture nail and molly bolt into the dry wall and slip the mirror's back metal loop over that nail to hold the mirror securely. Then I will tie a wide. graceful bow of ribbon over those mechanics at the top. I do not want to use mirror clips around the veveled edges. Would my plan work?

Answer:
Thank you for your interest in Grandin Road. While we cannot recommend hanging the mirror in any manner other than it was originally intended (over the door use), we do suggest checking with a local home improvement store for their recommendations in hanging the mirror.

This mirror is heavy, Heavy, HEAVY. If you can't find a stud, I would be scared to trust hanging it on a wall no matter what the rating on the picture hanger.
