Rated 5 out of 5 by Christmas Tree at great Value Christmas came early this fall bringing us a tree with lights. Perfect size for a small space. Now the California Desert will have a feeling of home from the Pacific NW. October 6, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Rustic beauties Alpine trees in the mountains are scruffy, small trees because they exist close to the tree line. These approximate reality nicely. They provide a rustic look & do well with wildlife representatives around them. If this is the look you are hoping for, you will be pleased with these. They are sturdy & easy to assemble as well December 27, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Cute little tree This tree is really cute and just perfect for my small apartment. It isn't as full at the top as the rest of the tree but I can 'cover' it with decorations and more lights to take care of that. All in all a good purchase. November 2, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Perfect size I have a large Christmas tree, which is becoming a problem for carrying upstairs from storage. This Alpine tree is so cute for making the living room festive and I can have the large tree downstairs in the family room for the sake of tradition. November 13, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Somewhat Disappointing Quality I purchased 3 of these pre-lit trees in varying sizes. They are somewhat lacking in quality and the lights are not attached well. For the price, I was expecting a better product. They are just okay, but you can find comparable and less expensive trees at department stores. December 14, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not so much This tree was not appropriate for our needs. It was very easy to put together, but very flimsy for our setting. Would be a great accent somewhere. It has been returned. December 16, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Pre-Lit Evergreen Alpine Trees I purchased the smaller size and it's has a scraggly appearance and does not look good when alone. So I purchased the frosted Per-lit Alpine tree and flank it with and they compliment each other and look good at night. May order two more for next year. December 23, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good but not great I gambled and bought this 5' tree on cyber Monday. I read the reviews, which were mixed, and felt, if I bought it at a discount, it was worth the chance. It meets the needs that I had - relatively inexpensive (I did buy it on sale) and its a small, slim tree, as I needed it for a small space. I do like the rustic look it has with the wooden trunk, but it most certainly doesn't look like the pictures shown. I really don't know how they were able to "fluff" the branches well enough to fill in the whole middle of the tree. The branches are too sparse, and they are't long enough to stretch across that far. Therefore, you can see the wooden trunk the whole length of the tree. However, I personally am OK with this look. The trunk is real wood and is attractive, and adds to that rustic look I was going for. But, the wooden trunk is about the same width the whole way, from the floor to about 4 feet up. The top of the wooden trunk is just cut off, like a log. It does not taper into the top of the tree. The top of the tree is a typical artificial tree top, made of a metal pole with branches coming off of it. You will have to "fluff" the branches to mask the transition from wooden trunk to metal pole, but not possible to hide the change completely, as the tree is not full enough to do so. My 2 biggest complaints are; 1. The lights at the top of the tree are very sparse, and do not blend in with the bottom parts of the tree. There are 3 sections. The bottom 2 sections have the wooden trunk, and the top section is a metal piece with branches that come off of it. This whole top piece (which is about 12 inches long) has probably about 10 light bulbs on it, all the way around. Its really not a lot, and when you look at the rest of the tree, the bottom has more lights per area, so the top tree looks like there's either lights missing or lights out. Its not the same consistency. 2. The tree is slightly crooked. There is a hole drilled into the bottom of the wooden trunk and it must not be drilled straight. There is a noticeable lean to the tree. Not enough to tip over, but enough to warrant it to be shimmed. Overall, I do like the tree, and I'm happy I got it on sale. I don't know if its worth paying full price, but then again, there really aren't a lot of small, inexpensive, artificial trees out there (or at least to fit the needs I had). I don't plan on decorating it much. I may add some small things, but this is not my main Christmas Tree. The branches are not strong enough to support heavy ornaments or lots of ornaments, in general. It will support the generic glass bulb ornaments, or light weight decorations, but I don't think its meant for much more than that. So I would not recommend this to be used as your Christmas Tree. Its cute for an accent tree though. December 30, 2016
