Is the writing on the bags black?
One of the reviewers comments that the writing is white. In the picture it looks black. Can anyone clarify for me. Thanks

The all-weather fabric looks like burlap to me, is it?? Are they foldable for storage?
The fabric of the bags is actually similar to oilcloth. Sort of a plastic fabric used in old fashioned outdoor tablecloths.
To store, simply remove the lights and fold flat. Or leave in the lights. They will still fold flat enough.

No instructions - how to set up?
I did not receive instructions. Bags won't stay open. I have no idea where to put the lights. Do I unravel and place at bottom of bag? Do I leave on the stand? Help please.
I left them on the stand. I put them in the bag and put the two legs of the stand through the holes at the bottom of the bag. They work great!

Can the lights inside be replaced when they burn out?
a few replacement bulbs come with each bag/ligh set. You could easily buy new ones, wrap them around the frame and replace.

The bag quality is great and looks like it will last for years to come! I only wish they came is more candle like lights inside. I'll probably find some battery powered candle lights on amazon to put in the bags.

Very sturdy & bright -- Looks great
They are a really nice size & appear to be well made. We have them on a brick wall that runs along side our sidewalk leading to the front porch so instead of staking them to the ground, we filled them with pea-gravel to keep them from blowing over or off the wall. The lights are very bright so the bags are illuminated well.

These look great!
These look great! I wish the lights cords were black, but that is the only thing I would change. They stand in the ground without issue and light up beautifully. I recommend getting an outdoor, multiple stake to plug them into as you do have to accommodate 4 plugs - 1 for each.
