PERFECT WELCOMING BENCH!
As hard as it was, after over 25 years in our home, we made the decision to downsize into a sweet little ranch. The front porch needed something to say "Welcome", and the Amalfi Bench was the perfect fit!

Well made bench
Not only is this bench beautiful, but it is well made. I purchased two in sweet pea for our front porch. They were easy to assemble. Well made smooth wood fit together perfectly. The color worked well with our stone front home. Would definitely purchase again.

Paint a problem!
I love my Amalfi bench, but after less than a year, the paint chipped and cracked ... and the wood split in several places.

Classic bench
I bought several weeks ago along with a cushion. My original intent was to put in outside in the patio area by my front door, but I thought it was too nice for that and would not tolerate direct exposure to desert heat. So I put it on my back covered patio to give it more protection. Because since it is so nice I want it to stay that way. Very easy to assemble too. Well made from real wood.

Lasts for years!

Amazingly easy to assemble!
This bench adds so much class to the entry of my home! It was surprisingly easy to assemble and is sooo sturdy. The price was amazing and am considering getting it in yet another color because it’s so great! Also bought the padded cushion and added my own pillows! Brilliant!

Love my navy Amalfi bench!
My navy Amalfi bench, with a white and navy geometric base cushion and yellow accent pillows, beautifully greet our guests next to a flower garden and koi pond. The bench is professionally constructed and sturdy and looks as new as the day I bought it three years ago!

Paint peeling off after 2 years
I purchased this a couple years ago I called the company last year after 2 years and 2 months to tell them the paint was peeling off they said there's nothing they can do about it. I told them I was going to write a review to spare a new buyer the same headache I have had!!!
I gave it as a gift which was quite embarrassing for the people I gave a to to call me up and tell me of the problem I called the company and they said they were sorry but it's over 1 year and they could do nothing. I think this is very unsatisfactory and embarrassing for me since I gave it as a gift. my suggestion is don't buy this bench by a different one the paint does not last it starts to peel off and then you need to have someone sand and repaint.It will cost way more than the bench is worth.
I have been calling on this for 9 months
send picture several times they never received them and when they finally did
they said they were sorry but there's ...nothing they would do. In the end they said they would give me a 25.00 gift certificate...doesn't help.

Love my bench. Purchased the smaller size and it is still a perfect large bench for my walkway patio. Beautiful workmanship. Threw a couple pillows on and it looks absolutely inviting.

Sturdy Bench with a great design & adjustable legs
This was incredibly easy to put together (I did it by myself in a short time), is incredibly sturdy and seems to have a nice weatherproof paint finish on it. It was very well packaged, with not a bit of damage. Surprisingly it came with a bit of extra screws/bolts....a lot of things that you have to put together are missing hardware, so this was a nice touch. It has adjustable legs for any uneven surface. Also love its design- it stands out compared to the average benches out there. Very happy with this purchase.

Paint cracked and bubbled within a year
Bought this bench last summer. Didn’t put it out until August. It’s outdoors but on a covered patio. Never sat on- just for show- and paint is bubbling. If I touch the bubbles; paint will peel off.

Great Look
So happy we chose the Amalfi bench in Neptune (Blue). Color is exactly what we expected. It looks great on our porch. Good quality. We bought the cushion in blue and white stripe for the bench. We have gotten many compliments on how nice it looks and it is functional too.

Looked great out of the box...
I was so excited when this bench arrived. My husband loves putting together pieces I purchase. When he pulled this one out of the box, he said, “are you sure this is meant to go outside? It looks too nice!” It was easy to put together and it beautiful! We have had the bench about a month and I have noticed that there are four small places where the paint is coming off even though it is in a covered porch and is going to require some touch up so I am a little disaooointed.

We finally scrapped our old iron and wood bench for this beauty. It sits outside out front door in an alcove and looks so classy. Assembly was easy and fast. Highly recommended. (I can't speak to the durability yet; that's why I didn't check that box.)

Gorgeous Bench
I purchased the Amalfi Bench in dark gray. Was thrilled when we unpacked it. Was well made and not a defect on it. It was simple to assemble and looks beautiful on my front porch. I do cover it when it rains so I don’t have any damage occur. I purchased the seat cushion as well which fits perfectly. I have received many compliments from neighbors and friends. My area on front porch where I want to put this bench is 48” long seat area is17” and can handle 24 to26 “ deep would this bench fit there

I live in the desert in Arizona where it gets extremely hot during the summer. How well does the paint on this product hold up to the heat? If it doesn't hold up well in the sun does that fall under what is covered by the one year warranty? Thank you!
Thank you for your interest in the Amalfi Bench. This items is made with all-weather hardwoods and has a hand-applied urethane finish so you should have no issue with the paint. Any issues from the Sun would fall under the 1 year warranty. Also, annual application of urethane recommended to preserve the all-weather finish.

Are these painted? How can I be assured the color/paint will not chip?
