It’s a very well made glider - but you must put it together. Thankfully a friend did it for me.
It took him about an hour and he’s good at that kind of thing. I honestly thought it would come assembled for the handling fee I paid.

Exceptional Workmanship!
The Amalfi Glider that we purchased from Grandinroad is built well. It is very comfortable and glides nicely. It also does not take up as much room while gliding as I had expected and this is a plus.
The glider and also the rocking chairs that we purchased are very sturdy and built with strong wood.

Beautiful finish and easy to assemble
I bought the glider and 2 rocking chairs for our front porch. Put them all together myself in one evening. They were very easy to assemble and they are sturdy and beautiful. So happy with this purchase!

Great glossy color and easy to assemble
We bought this for our front door and my husband was concerned about assembling the swing mechanism. We put it together in about 1 and 1/4 hours. It looks great- it’s comfortable. We bought the solid black cushion and the pillow the three topiaries. Looks beautiful
Btw one other neighbor had bought this and another neighbor had bought the bench

It’s pretty
I just assembled this and it was fairly straightforward with a few difficult steps. The screw caps are a pain. It is very pretty other than the large exposed bolts on the glider assembly. It’s also not the most comfortable (even with the cushion) and has an EXTREMELY short range of motion. Not enough to justify the additional cost of going with the glider versus the stationary bench.
