Incredibly creepy!
My friend told me about a phone like this she got for Halloween fun for her grandkids. She said it was her best Halloween entertainment ever and now I see why! It is so creepy and brings back childhood memories of scary stories. When the phone rings it’s startling to hear the creepy message and evil laugh at the other end even when you know it’s going to happen! It is definitely worth the $ I paid for years of scary fun.

I thought this item was motion controlled, walk past and it goes on, but apparently it’s sound activated. If I call the kids it goes off, if you close a door it goes off, if some of the other items I bought make noise it goes off. The battery compartment was also overtightened and challenging to open without breaking it. I had this issue with 3 of the 4 items I bought that have sound. It also could use volume control, it’s super loud.

Simply Fustrated
I bought this product along with necessary batteries as a gift for a friend. I knew she would be here Friday so I paid extra for shipping. This product came on time but the batteries did not. That is not even the real issue. You need a tiny screw driver to open the battery compartment. When I finally found a tiny screw driver, the screw was so tight, I could even open it. Needless to say I was frustrated. I wanted to see the look on her face when the phone rang. And now, when she gets home, I hope she can open the battery compartment. Simply frustrated!

All my children love it
My daughter came to my house and saw the phone and fell in love with it. She sent a video of it to my granddaughter and she loved it and she showed it to my great grandchildren and they loved it and wanted to come see it. That makes four generations in love with the phone.

I was impressed at this Animated Phone
I received this item and instantly upon removing it from the box noticed how the craftsmanship and design of it was really nice. Its not over large like some but not to small that it seems like a foolish toy, its size was just right on my end table for decoration. The function and was great when it comes on and fools who is sitting by it and the phone receiver lifts up and talks to them ha ha i loved it. And feel it would be a fine addition to anyone Halloween collection of unique items to own.

This little prop exceeded my expectations!
So I opened the box and said "well you are smaller and way lighter then I expected" but the price was great so what are you going to do? I put in the battieries in, fired that thing up and what a delight, its awaesome, everybody has been blown away. This is a MUST have for your haunted decore.

I received the phone, but the phone receiver makes a squeaking noise when it moves that is louder than the voice on the phone. Is this expected? I'm wondering if I exchange it if it will be any better, or if they are all like that.

How do you change the batteries?
There is a small screw holding the battery compartment closed. Just open it up with a screwdriver and change the batteries.
