Thank you for your interest in our Animated Forest Witch. This item is motion activated. There is a three way switch three-way switch: on/off/sensor-activation, please be sure that you have it in the sensor position if you do not want her to constantly talk.

My most precious halloween decor
I found this hauntingly beautiful piece 3 years ago, and I've been dying to have her ever since! 👻💀 I'm so glad I finally decided to make her mine this year. She's a majestic 6 feet tall, super easy to put together, and I can't wait to show her off this Halloween!

This is a truly terrific purchase!
I purchased this witch in 2020. I was impressed with its VERY high costume quality. How good is that? We have purchased over 60 animatronics over the past 20 years and this had the highest quality! She is positioned near the entrance to our maze, outside, and she still works perfectly. (Caviat: This is intended as an indoor animatronic. Do not hook it up outdoors unless you know what you are doing. Also, outdoor use may shorten its lifespan.)
Additionally, She was lent to a theater production about fairytales from November to April and she worked every day in a store display window. She never broke down. If you have to have just one animatronic, this is the one.
Grandin Road's insistence on quality makes a huge difference and when they introduced the Haunted Librarian this year, I was very comfortable buying it.
(Please note that the apple was added and not part of the animatronic.)
