Animated Haunted Mirror is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 35.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Big hit at party! Great size. Looks like a real decorative mirror. Hung it in guest bath at party . Love the motion activation. Could use a volume control.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fun for Halloween Overall it was well represented, I don't recommend it for a high traffic area, the sensor is quite sensitive. I was disappointed in the condition the film over the mirror left it. There is still a spot I could not make right, I found the sound to be good, I don't know what people expect for the price. I didn't not get this at a discount at all otherwise the marks left by the film wouldn't have bothered me quite as much.. Overall it was a nice addition to halloween decor.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too Loud! I love the effect of the girl and the broken glass but the sound is way too loud! I wish there were a volume control.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not What The Picture Online Shows This haunted mirror is HUGE! It's poorly constructed, very loud with no volume control, and when it lights up, only the bottom center of the image can be see well, the top part of the hair and the sides of the image are almost not visible at all. Very bummed as this could have been very cool! And it was not cheap, so I expected much better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SPOOKY PROP I bought this a few years ago & highly recommend. Quality product, spooky girl's voice & creepy how the image of the young girl phases in & out. If you take good care of this mirror, it will last. It's creeped out my guests at my last 3 Halloween parties.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great addition This will be a nice alternative to my "Let me out of here guy." Halloween hasn't arrived yet but I anticipate she will be liked. She'll keep the creepy dolls good company!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mirror is beautiful but not actually animated For the price I expected some animation. It’s just a picture that appears. And it’s hard to make out what she is saying

How close do you have to be to activate it?

Asked by: Kathy
It's hard to tell. Sometimes mine goes off just as you pass it and other times can look right in the mirror and nothing happens. Not sure if it has to do with lighting and shadows. Sometimes mine will go,off randomly in the middle,of the night! It hangs in a powder room and I know no one is there! Funny

What is the frame made of? Is the Sensor Infrared?

Hi, What material is this frame made of? Also, I see the description says it uses a motion sensor. But is it a standard motion sensor that relies on light and shadows to work, or is it Infrared? Thank you.
Asked by: CreepyDoll
Plastic frame, motion sensor based on movement - which sometimes works closely and other time as far as 20 feet.

I experienced the same problem and don't know if this is the same as yours. We first tried in the daylight and discovered that the image was there but couldn't see because of the way the light reflected on the mirror. When we moved the mirror worked fine. We have a lot of light in this small room so added a shade to the window that faced the mirror. Then worked fine. Hope this was helpful
