Rated 5 out of 5 by Muff FA from Blown away! I noticed these chairs when they went on sale. We pulled the trigger on four of these for our new office's lobby. They are EXACTLY what they should be. If you don't get the swatch, don't worry about the feel of the material. It is not hard or shiny; it it a pretty decent substitute for real leather. It is soft and a fairly realistic finish. The pillow has a panel on the back where the bottom half is pierced all over the leather. I assume this is to let air escape when your weight is forcing air out of the pillow. It looks like a decorative effect on a car's leather seat and is done attractively enough that you could actually use it as the front of the pillow. The chairs are STURDY. These came packaged exceptionally well, zero assembly, in pristine condition. These are not on sale because there is anything wrong with them. I cannot speak to the durability, as they are new and will be very limited wear in our facility, but I would anticipate them holding up nicely. I bought the lighter color, the middle color is very attractive, as well, IMHO. Both are very neutral from the swatches and seeing the lighter in person. It is cream, not white and the other is a nice beige. If you have been debating...grab these. You will be glad you did at this price!!!
