I'm interest in the 9ft Aspen flocked tree. In the description it list the sku # as 158049 but in the buying details it lists the sku # as 158047 for the same size. I don't want to order the wrong tree! What is the correct sku# and why does it appear diff

Lovely shape but
I loved the shape of it. But the lighting wires sucks. My 5 Y old good do a better job with putting the lights. Extremely messy with all the thick flocks and glitters. I dread to imagine how much more I'd have to inhale when wrapping it up!

Excellent customer service, poor quality tree
I was not happy with this tree and sent it back for a refund. After 3 attempts at scheduling the delivery, I finally received it after waiting 5 weeks. Once it arrived, I assembled it immediately. The base of the tree has huge gaps between each branch on the lower section. The tips of the branches were all folded under and had to be bent outward and 2 snapped off. Two other branches were wrapped so tightly with the light strands they were unable to lay flat. Customer service took care of me promptly and scheduled a pickup for the return. It took another 2 weeks for it to be picked up and another week before I received the refund. I had high hopes for this tree and it disappointed.

Lacked the fullness I hoped for.
The tree was not as full as I had hoped and the wires from the lights were very obvious. The light strings stretched between branches and were hard to hide.

Sadly I wish I would have been more happy with this tree as it was very pretty but it arrived defective and the lack of explanation on how the tree plugged in and lit up was horrible.

Bad quality control
From a small business owner, this tree is an example of a bad quality control by Grandin Road. It's unfortunate because it had so much potential. The tree would've been perfect if the manufacture took careful time to put little more effort in making what seems to be a beautiful design. The branches came bent and twisted in areas it didn't need to and the lights are installed as if someone was having a bad day and the worst part is, the top part did not fit into the middle part. They were completetly different. I've purchased many cheaper trees and this has never happened. This was my first time purchasing at this site and unfortunately after getting covered in white glitters all over our hair body and home to find out it wont even fit is discouraging on buying anything here again. They are sending me a new one but they can't guarantee me that the new one will fit. I will try one more time but if that fails, I'll be moving on from here.

Terrible
Do not purchase! Bought this tree last year . I used it for the Month of December. Boxed it back up and put it in storage. I don’t have the room this year so I sold it. The couple that purchased the tree, plugged it in and half of the lights don’t work! Very embarrasing and sick to my stomach that I paid so much for this tree to last one month! TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!

BEWARE LIGHTS CANNOT BE REPLACED IF THEY GO OUT!
I bought this tree in 2020 and absolutely fell in love with it. Fast forward to 2023 and when we went to put it up, several strands of lights were out, I contacted customer service to request replacement bulbs and much to my demise I was told there are no replacement bulbs available and since the tree only has a one year warranty, there is nothing they can do for me 😭. It’s a very expensive tree to only get to use 3x.

Disappointing
The pictures of this tree indicated that this was exactly the tree that I was searching for. It arrived with a couple of broken branches on the bottom. Flocking is cheap and it was flying everywhere (I have another flocked tree and realize they have some shed….this was a powdery white mess). I called Grandin Road and they kindly initiated a return. We were so disappointed with the quality of the other branches that we did not order another tree. We haven’t received out refund yet as the tree has not arrived at the proper facility. I wish it were like the picture. That just wasn’t the case for the one we received.

Not happy with purchase
the tree base didn't come with screws to hold the bottom of the tree. i called customer service and they said i could return the tree, which i had all spread out on my living room floor, (so that was unreasonable) or i could wait to have them send me new screws i took the bottom of the tree and the base to my local hardware store and they had to use a screw gun to attach it. I wasn't happy with the purchase to say the least

Very disappointed
We just ordered this as our first artificial tree. First, Grandin Road delivered the tree two weeks late, and only after we called several times to harass them. When it was delivered, two branches fell off of the lower section, it appeared that some branches were installed upside down, there were other miscellaneous parts falling out of the box, and the branches were much more bare than the pictures indicate. Needless to say, we were very disappointed. And with three weeks before Christmas, we'll be going back to buying a real tree.

Second one I have order first one the top did not fit! And the second one I got branches were broken!! Husband had to fix them! Would not buy from them again with Christmas trees

Disappointed
I was really excited to receive this tree after seeing the pics online. The tree I received DO NOT look like the pics. The light wires are not attached to the tree just very loosely wound around the branches. Some of them are so tight you can't spread the branches out. The limbs are bare with a bit of flocked greenery attached with tape to the ends. Would not recommend !!!!

The picture looks gorgeous, the tree in reality was extremely fake looking. It was spray painted hard plastic. Very similar to dollar store quality. I did receive a full refund and they picked it up(it also arrived with a broken arm). Grandin Road quality is just not a thing anymore, sadly.
