The seat cushion is very firm but is starting to loosen up with use. The chair is very attractive and very well made, very sturdy.

Augusto Club Chairs
Love, love, love these chairs! The wood details are lovely and frame the beautiful leather upholstery. Seats are VERY firm but comfortable. We've received many compliments and though they're placed in an area of the great room where we didn't usually sit, we find ourselves choosing these chairs as our preferred seats now.

Great looking chair
Bought this chair to add to our "golf simulator" room so wanted something masculine but not too big. Chair is very well made, the color is even better in person but the seat cushions are very hard. They are by no means a "soft leather" material. I am hoping with use they will soften up but we are pleased with the purchase.

Firm seating disappointing
Images appear as if chair and ottoman are plush and soft. Unfortunately, both are stiff and somewhat uncomfortable. I’m hoping the leather softens and the seat isn’t so firm

Augusto Club Chair
The seam for the leather cording around the chair cushion is facing off center in the front where your left leg hits it rather than in the back. Not a smart design at all as your leg will rub the seam and possible unravel it. Plus, it’s just not attractive. The seam should go in the back so it’s neither hit nor seen. Very strange decision to place it there. Customer service said it was the design? Other than that the chair is lovely. I waited 6 months for it so I won’t return it but it is disappointing as it’s so obvious. Beautiful leather, however.

They finally arrived!
I ordered these chairs in early November of 2020 and they just arrived May 2021. These chairs are a beautiful brown color with nice variation in the wood grain. There are a few minor flaws, but I can live with them.

Beautiful and well made chair

looks really great
I am very happy with the looks of the club cahirs that I bought. IIt needs a back cushion for support and a throw blanket . The leather is stiff because it is new, and I hope in time will soften up. The bottom seat is hard and I can't sit for too long on it. I goes perfectly in our sunroom.

Great looking chairs
These are great looking chairs. I needed chairs that were small enough to fit 4 of them in my seating area but large enough to be comfortable. These were the right size, are very attractive and are pretty comfy. I’m very happy with my purchase. I would have given them 5 stars if the cushions were reversible. I would buy more items from this line.

Excellent quality and design
These beautifully designed chairs are exactly what was needed in the den. They match to what is displayed in the catalog. I do recommend the lumbar pillows for back support. We have two chairs and they are stunning.

Overall a great buy
The chair is very comfortable. The only problem is the wood at the top of the chair hits you in the middle of your back which is not comfortable. Putting a pillow behind your back feels great. The color of the chair fits with all of the other furniture.

Looks great, sits hard!
Looks beautiful. Came in good shape. BUT this has to be the hardest seat I've ever run into in an "upholstered" piece of furniture. Fortunately we needed it for a certain space where we'll rarely sit unless we have a big gathering so it's more decorative and so suits that purpose.

Beautiful, but short and not super comfy
As the review title states, the Augusto Club Chair is beautiful to look at, but it is shorter than I imagined and not very comfortable. You will definitely need a pillow for back support. If you really want the look, then invest in a supportive pillow and an ottoman to put your feet up on to make it more comfortable to sit in.

Not comfortable
I have loved the look of these chairs for a long time and finally ordered two for my kitchen. They were back ordered for two months and arrived this week. Out of the box, they are beautiful. Rich wood tones and leather. However, they are UNCOMFORTABLE! The cushion is hard as a rock and the back hits you at a bad angle. Adding a pillow is necessary. I won’t return bc it’s too much of a hassle. I’ve ordered many pieces of furniture from Grandon Road so I’m hoping this is the only “miss” I encounter.
