Hard as a rock
The chair is attractive and looks exactly as pictured ,but the seat is hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. I have asked everyone who has sat in it what they think and they all say the same thing. Nice but very hard. ** also not the cushion is not reversible**

Would not purchase again
It’s a shame, they are lovely looking chairs. They are pretty comfortable and the size fits me 5’2” 130 lbs and my husband 5’11” 180. They look nice, but the colors do not match. Needed something on the small side to put in our cabin. The leather started looking worn immediately after we started using them. There is a crack in one of the arms. The ottoman gets used a lot, but its leather looks perfect. Too late to send back, they stayed in their boxes until we traveled from Florida to Maine. These pictures were after 2 months of use and not abused at all. I do love the ottoman and will post a good review.

Dried out leather on cushons
Very disappointed that the cushons are very wrinkled and seem very dry. I have repeatedly used leather conditioner on them but still they don't look new. Otherwise, they are beautiful.

Poor quality leather on two orders
Subpar quality leather. We tried two separate orders. Both were lower quality than we could accept.
