what are the exact dimensions of the actual chair? You list the box as 53" wide and 45" deep but that is also the measurements listed online for the chair. That seems about 5 inches too deep based on the deepest seating sofa that I've seen. Clarify pls

we own both the ava slipcovered chaise and just added this chair to our living area because we love the chaise so much - it’s just as cozy as the rest of the line. we’d been searching for a couch for months in person and settled on this couch out of exasperation (not sure what most couches have against being comfortable, but….) and so glad we trusted the online reviews on this one.

Your all-time favorite reading chair!
This is an amazing chair. I purchased it because there's an odd large open area in the master bedroom. I call it my "big comfy chair". The chair quality is phenomenal. With the slip covers, it's a little stiff but I think that will soften up with use. The slip covers are extremely well made. And I like the idea that I can change it up by purchasing a new set of slipcovers in the future. I actually purchased the smaller ottoman to go with it and it looks amazing paired with the smaler ottoman.

Life been both excited and nervous while awaiting delivery of this Ava chair and a half. It exceeds my expectations. It warms my living room and makes it feel homey while my sofa and recliners in that room are leather. I chose the Zuri pearl in the performance fabric. Love the texture and color of the fabric. Was not that difficult to put on the slip covers. I’m not currently using the two throw pillows that came with it. I feel they are too big and puffy for comfort. It will be fun to mix and match other pillows and throws to change it up. Our little dog took to the chair immediately!!

Perfect Oversized Chair
This is the perfect oversized chair. I was looking for an oversize chair for my den to place in front of the fireplace and it’s absolutely perfect! It’s comfortable, it’s nice to look at, and it’s the best thing to snuggle up in. Very happy with it.
