Perfect ottoman!
This is the 2nd Ava ottoman I have purchased and I adore them! The slipcover material is super sturdy/thick while being extremely soft to the touch, doesn't get better than that! I love the look of it too, it flows so well with my Ava slipcovered sofa, and talk about comfy!!! Love, love.

Recliner Chairs
I purchased two Everette Recliners. They came on time but both had suffered damage during transport. When I called customer service, they answered right away and I was actually talking to a human. I think she was in Indiana. Anyway, she was empathetic, understanding and very helpful. She helped me process replacements. When it was time to ship them back, paid fully by them, I had the exact same customer service experience as before. The shipper showed on time and the replacements showed up about 10 days later in perfect condition and are exactly what we were hoping for. I would give 5 stars but the first two showed damaged though I would give them 5 stars on how they handled it.
