Is there any location where you can sit in one of these sofas? I’m nervous to buy something without sitting in it. Or is there an satisfaction guaranteed if it arrives and comfort isn’t as hoped?

Is the Presley Pearl white or off-white? If it’s off-white, what color is closet to a pure white?

We just received our Ava sofa. We haven’t put the slipcover on yet. The cushions and pillows have a fishy smell to them. Like bottom of a fishing boat kinda smell… any ideas what’s going on ?
I ordered the Ava chair and a half and it had the same smell. I tried several ways to get the smell out. Over 2 months and it was still terrible smelling so I returned it. Comfortable chair, but I just couldn't take the smell.

Does the slip cover come off to be able to wash?
I have washed mine in cold water and hung to dry. Came out beautifully.

I want to order this sofa but I live on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Will the delivery drivers bring it up the stairs to my unit?
My sofa doesn’t d not fit in elevator and they said they could not bring upstairs. I had to return the sofa. I was so disappointed.

I just received this sofa and my son put it together as a surprise... however the slipcover fans out on the ground. Does it come with legs that he forgot to put on??
You can also Velcro it up a little higher to raise off the ground

Very pleased with my purchase!
Bought this for my daughter's upstairs living/loft area and she loves it. It did not take long to assemble (I did so without help). My husband swears this couch is more comfortable than more expensive couches we have in our living room. Fabric is soft but durable. Haven't had to wash or spot clean it yet, but do not anticipate this being an issue. I do NOT typically buy such large items online, as I like to see, touch and sit on them, but I am super happy I took a chance on this couch.

Sofa of my dreams
After searching far and wide (months of searching), I finally found the sofa I have been dreaming of. This sofa is undoubtedly durable and surprisingly easy to clean. I’ve got a puppy that loves to hop on after playing in the dirt and the paw prints he leaves behind are wiped clean with ease. Shipping was fast and customer service was helpful. Just a heads up; don’t forget to put the legs on, they are located in a zipped compartment under the sofa. First sofa I have purchased with no regrets. Buy this beauty!

Love love love my new Ava slipcovered 95 in sofa…the quality is wonderful plush cushions and fabric is great… looks like it will take a beating…I’m going to be ordering another set of slipcovers in an other color…I bought the fawn maybe I’ll get gutsy and order the white…they were so easy to put on…the JB Hunt delivery guys were awesome…thank you Grandinroad for making my purchase so flawless

Very happy with purchase
We are very happy with this couch. We did have to put the slipcovers in. It took about 20 minutes. The couch easily fit through our 30” door when delivered. We chose the performance fabric because we have a dog. So far, hair and muddy footprints have vacuumed right off the fabric. I find the cushions firm, but comfortable. It is quite deep, so measure your space!

Best sofa ever
After researching dozens of sofas , I ended up selecting the 93” wide AVA SOFA BY GRANDINROAD. I made a decision on size, style, construction, fabric and being a perfect fit for my space . I chose the in place, in home delivery which was worth the nominal extra cost. Everyone who has sat in this sofa in our room, loves it and some are buying it for their homes. Great couch! Well made and very comfy.
This sofa is exactly what I was looking for because I have dogs. The cushions are very high end and I’ve had expenses furniture in the past. You will be pleased. Deep seating so be prepared to lounge and then work to get up.

Amazing sofa
After reading the reviews and looking at what seemed to be an endless number of sofas, I am so glad I took a gamble on this one. The look is fantastic and we find it super comfortable for both lounging and sleeping due to great cushion comfort and couch depth. The height of the couch is also great; we are both taller and don't get the feeling of sitting near the floor like we have with other couches. I like the couch so much I am positive we will end up with another one.
In addition to comfort, a big draw for me were the review comments around stain resilience. We got the Livesmart in Presley Fawn and the comments are no exaggeration. A few days after receiving the sofa it got stained from one of our dogs and we were able to get it out with ease.
Note about shipping: in-home delivery does not include putting the slipcovers on the sofa. The extra cost relative to truck delivery was still worth it so that we weren't carting everything into the house ourselves, especially since we got the 93". I was concerned about level of effort to get the cushions on based on reviews, but we were able to do so with relative ease.

Over the moon about this sofa and the quality and quality of the slip cover. It's absolutely beautiful and the most comfortable couch I've ever had. Love it! We purchased the Ava Sofa and Chair & a half in Presley Pearl. It’s a lovely warm white, probably not the best color choice for 2 golden retrievers that love the new cozy furniture as much as we do. So far the fabric wipes away fairly clean.

Big Comfy Sofa
This sofa has a deep seat. It’s almost as wide as a two. Bed. If you’re looking for a comfortable couch to relax on this is it. The slip cover fits well and doesn’t look sloppy, hard to tell it’s a slip cover. The fabric is easy to clean which is a must with kids, and dogs. Highly recommend the Ava couch. We liked it so much we bought a. Second one for our front living room.

Ava Slip covered sofa and chair
A lot of thought went into my purchase. Had to check many boxes. Price, quality, comfort, look and performance. I can check them all off.
Having 3 dogs, I needed fabric that could withstand cleaning and be somewhat forgiving with little paw prints.
My husband loves the comfort and can enjoy his games with feet up on the ottoman. As for me- the look is so beautiful and casual and fits in with my decor.
Don’t hesitate purchasing. oh- the slip covers are easy to put on cushions!

Beautiful, Comfortable Sofa!!
We haven't put the slipcovers on yet but can tell the sofa is going to be beautiful! It's so comfortable, you sink into it but not enough that it's going to end up mishapen down the road. The sofa is deep so I can't wait to take long naps on it!! We also purchased the 2 matching Ava armchairs which were larger than expected, very happy with that!

Incredibly happy with this sofa!
I purchased this sofa and it’s matching chair about 10 months ago and could not be more pleased. Prior to purchasing it we had a white slipcover sofa for many years, and despite washing it all the time and being very careful with stains, it never did well. Stains truly bounce off this fabric. After 8 months I finally decided to wash it in the washing machine on delicate with powder tide - it did beautifully and came out perfectly new again. It’s so comfy and inviting. Our older guests sometimes have trouble getting off of it because it sits deep. Overall just so pleased, especially given the price was great!
