Is there any location where you can sit in one of these sofas? I’m nervous to buy something without sitting in it. Or is there an satisfaction guaranteed if it arrives and comfort isn’t as hoped?

Is the Presley Pearl white or off-white? If it’s off-white, what color is closet to a pure white?

We just received our Ava sofa. We haven’t put the slipcover on yet. The cushions and pillows have a fishy smell to them. Like bottom of a fishing boat kinda smell… any ideas what’s going on ?
I ordered the Ava chair and a half and it had the same smell. I tried several ways to get the smell out. Over 2 months and it was still terrible smelling so I returned it. Comfortable chair, but I just couldn't take the smell.

Does the slip cover come off to be able to wash?
I have washed mine in cold water and hung to dry. Came out beautifully.

I want to order this sofa but I live on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Will the delivery drivers bring it up the stairs to my unit?
My sofa doesn’t d not fit in elevator and they said they could not bring upstairs. I had to return the sofa. I was so disappointed.

I just received this sofa and my son put it together as a surprise... however the slipcover fans out on the ground. Does it come with legs that he forgot to put on??
You can also Velcro it up a little higher to raise off the ground

Easy to clean and comfortable!
I bought two of the 93” sofas for our living room. We have a dog that loves to spend time outside (aka always has dirty paws) and a baby. The sofas are so easy to clean and are the most comfortable sofas I’ve owned. The fabric is very soft and I love how deep they are!

Great choice!
Checking in after 8 months of heavy use by our family and 3 dogs! I’ve gotten by so far with just wiping off stains and spills, but it was time for a more on-depth cleaning. I know dry cleaning the slipcovers is recommended, but I just laundered in cold on delicate cycle and hung to dry and they came out perfect. Still so happy with my purchase!

Great couch
I have had this couch for a year and half now. It has really stood up to the wear and tear of children. I have 3 children and one dog. So trust me they have tested this couch out and it has worn very well. I can’t wait to get the new covers. I love that you can change the look it you like. If I’m being picky the only thing is there is some slight piling with high friction areas. But it’s so slight and can be easily fixed. I love that it’s a solid wood frame and the cushions are so comfortable and deep.

Great sofa with durable fabric and fill.

I simply love this sofa and ottoman! It's large (room enough for me and my 6'4' husband to stretch out on) and oh so comfortable! Our family and friends have all commented how much they love it too. Looks Mighty Grand
I finally decided to get new sofas after 20 yrs and began my search. As soon as I saw Grandin Road furniture I was hooked. It was so Beautiful, I fell in Love with the Ava 93” slip covered sofa, chair in a half with Ottoman. I new it was meant to be because they were all on sale. I looked at the website about 6-7 times before I decided to buy them and they are perfect. I love that I can change the look with the other slip covers.

Very pleased with my purchase!
Bought this for my daughter's upstairs living/loft area and she loves it. It did not take long to assemble (I did so without help). My husband swears this couch is more comfortable than more expensive couches we have in our living room. Fabric is soft but durable. Haven't had to wash or spot clean it yet, but do not anticipate this being an issue. I do NOT typically buy such large items online, as I like to see, touch and sit on them, but I am super happy I took a chance on this couch.
