Is there any location where you can sit in one of these sofas? I’m nervous to buy something without sitting in it. Or is there an satisfaction guaranteed if it arrives and comfort isn’t as hoped?

Is the Presley Pearl white or off-white? If it’s off-white, what color is closet to a pure white?
Def an off white. I have a white sheet over it and it is a much more warm creamy white with yellow undertone

We just received our Ava sofa. We haven’t put the slipcover on yet. The cushions and pillows have a fishy smell to them. Like bottom of a fishing boat kinda smell… any ideas what’s going on ?
I ordered the Ava chair and a half and it had the same smell. I tried several ways to get the smell out. Over 2 months and it was still terrible smelling so I returned it. Comfortable chair, but I just couldn't take the smell.

Does the slip cover come off to be able to wash?
I have washed mine in cold water and hung to dry. Came out beautifully.

I want to order this sofa but I live on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Will the delivery drivers bring it up the stairs to my unit?
My sofa doesn’t d not fit in elevator and they said they could not bring upstairs. I had to return the sofa. I was so disappointed.

I just received this sofa and my son put it together as a surprise... however the slipcover fans out on the ground. Does it come with legs that he forgot to put on??
You can also Velcro it up a little higher to raise off the ground

Love it! Would purchase again.
I love this sofa! I have two in different residences. It is the most comfortable couch I have ever owned. The performance fabric is great. I got blood off it with 1part dish liquid/3 parts water and a toothbrush.(per online instructions) Slipcovers are easy to put on when sofa arrives.
Nice deep cushions and seat is taller than most these days. I highly recommend to my friends.

So comfy and well made! I haven’t purchased a brand new sofa in years and have never purchased one online - it has been the absolute best decision! I love the deep seating, the easy to clean slipcovers and it’s the best napping couch I have ever had. If you are on the fence about buying - just do it! You will not regret it!

Great couch for families
Great size couch with great quality for a family. I shopped around a lot for a couch that would work with kids and a dog. I wanted one with a slipcover but not one that looked too messy. I had a hard time finding a size bug enough without going to a sectional. I am really happy with our purchase and this is the first time saying that with the purchase of a couch. I haven't been happy with any of the ones in the past!
