Battery Operated 12" Microlight Snowflake I is rated 1.8 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beautiful BUT I purchased several of these last year and they are beautiful BUT the battery life is poor...maybe a week. It’s a pain to continually replace the batteries so just be aware these are high maintenance

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective switches One of the three snowflake lights stopped working within days, and the other two within the next two weeks. Be sure to return them promptly, as I waited too long - the one year guarantee does not apply to holiday merchandise. Buyer beware!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pretty but... These are pretty for a week on the timer. The instructions say that the batteries will last for 21 days on the timer (6 hours on; 18 hours off). I realized after buying new batteries and changing them twice that this is misleading. Yes, they work for 21 days but they are only bright for about 7 days. By the 21st day, they can't even be seen they are so dim. I hung these 15' in the air, so breaking out the ladder every 7 days during the holidays is not gonna work. Bummed. I really wanted these to work!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So sad...very disappointed. Bought two snowflakes for outside use. Hung them on Thanksgiving with icicle lights. They were beautiful. After a week they became dim and then went out. I brought them in to return them but inside they went back on. I don’t have a place to hang them inside. Such a waste. If you live in a warm climate they are probably great but can not recommend them. Very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Battery snowflakes Do not put these up for the holiday unless you want to take them down and change batteries weekly. I sent them back

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Micro snowflake Great idea cordless battery pack., but when the lights turn on it is not a shape of a snowflake, the placement of the lights are not on the tips for a crisp outline. Very disappointed over priced for how it looks .

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Drains batteries We used the timer option and with new batteries, these only lasted a week. I'm trying one more round of batteries, but if the same thing happens, I won't be using these next year. Disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks like a Daisy At night, when you can't see the wire- it looks like a daisy, not a snowflake. Very disappointed!

One of my 18" snowflake is not turning on and off automatically.  Is there something we need to do to reset it?  We bought two this size, and the other works as it should.

We are very sorry to hear about your Microlight Snowflake. If your timer is not working we recommend turning it off and removing the batteries. Then put the batteries back in and set to timer again at the time you wish the lights to automatically turn on.
