No, the pumpkin does not glow. The lights are more of a yellow /orange color, not white.

Received as a gift for Christmas
I have only tried one of these pucks out to see how they look. I believe they will come in handy next year for awkward places to light. Wish they were on timers or remote control was available. I would still recommend these to others. Love that they are black!

Let there be LIGHT
These flashing discs are great. Lights are not too fast just steady. There is a repeating flash so as some are “on” others are “off” therefore at no one time it is completely w/o light. I will be buying more of these.

Multi Purpose
My tall clay Halloween hurricane will come to life with this strobe stick. I usually put a battery candle in there. This will add so much more drama. The second one will be in a carved pumpkin on the covered porch. Can't wait for Halloween!

If there's such a thing as a "classy" strobe light, this is it! The flash sequence won't induce brain trauma - it's a more "polite" presentation. The lights rotate, creating a fun atmosphere instead of an annoying one you want to avert your eyes from! I have my family Halloween event planned for tomorrow - these lights will nestle with the micro-mini GR orange string ones, coiled about the feet of my cawing raven. WOW! Wish I could capture that scene here because it's amazing!

Love these strobe lights!
I purchased these Halloween Strobe Disks last year. I placed them on the ground behind a witch silhouette and they did exactly what I had hoped. The randomness of the illumination added the perfect touch of spookiness to the display.
