Rated 4 out of 5 by Zolotka7 from Not embroidered This pillow is full and firm, the material feels like it is made for outdoors, the believe & snowflakes are not embroidered but just part of the pillow. It is good for a place that has high traffic, we put it on our dogs bed to make it more festive. Our bigger dog ( American bulldog/ boxer mix) loves laying her head on it. She sheds a bit, her hair doesn't stick to it and it isn't easy to get dirty.. I would feel comfortable using this outside, it feels like it would repel moisture, very family friendly Christmas pillow. It wasn't quite what I had expected but honestly, the picture Grandin road has is a perfect representation. I just had a preconceived idea about what it would look like so 4 instead of 5 stars..
