Rated 5 out of 5 by Suebear from A return made easy!! Bought the pair of Bird art. Them came and one was perfect and the other one had a chunk taken out if the frame where the box was damaged. I immediately call and spoke with a very pleasant and concerned gentleman. He made me feel so comfortable that everything would be ok. He asked if I could return the damaged art to a UPS store in the original box. I said yes and took it to UPS that day. Within 5 days I had the replacement art and it was perfect. Grandson Road emailed me to make sure that everything was ok. Thank you so much for such great service.
