In the second photo, it looks like it is a black and white wreath hanger with a bow attached, but I’m looking at description. It appears as though this is just ribbon to create a bow. Please explain this product.

Not as advertised
This was originally described at a wreath hanger. It is just a roll of ribbon. It was misrepresented. Now they have change the description.

This is *just* ribbon
I bought this based on the photo without reading the description carefully. I was looking for a bow for a wreath; this is just a spool of ribbon. My fault for not reading the description and just relying on the photo, but still, you’d think GR could post a photo of a spool of ribbon (rather than a photo of a finished bow) since that’s what you’re getting. I looked into returning the ribbon, but the return processing cost is significant relative to the purchase price. So I guess I’ll learn to make a bow…
