My experience with Grandin Road was so good/easy/seamless that I ordered the same topiaries for my back patio. I was sent updates with credible shipping information. The removal of the topiaries from the boxes was so easy--I know that doesn't seem like a big deal but I have ordered things before that take a rocket scientist to figure out how to unpack! The boxwood topiaries are very lifelike and pretty. Love them! Glad I ordered.
