I live in ND and temperature in winter gets below zero. Can I leave this planter out over the winter months?

Thank you for your interest in the Brighton Square Planter. This item can be used outdoors all year round; however, we do recommend storing this item in a sheltered location (such as a garage or shed) to protect it from extreme cold. We also recommend drilling drain holes as described in the instructions included with this item.

No. You must in pre-designated spots, drill the holes in the bottom of the planter. Also in the upper part of the planter.

what is size and material
I purchased 2 of these planters last year and dropped pots into the base instead of filling with dirt. I cannot get all of the old water out of the base. I lost the directions to the planters. Not sure how to get the water out prior to planting this year.

Perfect planter
