Is the Brighton tall inside the same as the Devon tall inside?

I am wondering if there is a way to weight the bottom of the Brighton Tall Planter. After reading the reviews it looks as if you could not weight the bottom of the older ones but that they have made some design changes and that now that you can?

How easy is it to get pebbles into the planter to weigh it down? Is there a smaller insert for a plant in the top half that lifts out ?

The Perfect Planters
These planters are made beautifully! They have a place to put pea gravel in the bottom for weight, plus you can drill drainage holes. The planter top is just the right depth for nice size plants without wasting soil. You can also drill drainage holes there. I love the dark blue indigo color! Perfect for a Florida front door!
