Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Crooked!!!! The screw in the bottom of the broom base was set in on an angel, so of course the plate set on an angle, 1 1/4 slant. others have complained about it slanting. I tried everything to correct this problem, but was unfixable. Packing was stuck in the broom and was very hard to get it out even with a sweeper, made a big mess. Too large to put under your kitchen cabinets. Loved the prints and color of the plates, but the broom had silver metal wrapped around it and it need painted, I am sending it back and don't want another one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Manufacture defect I really wanted this 3 tier tray but have received 2 defective ones I think I will pass on it this year. Very sad that the bottom tray does fit between broom base and the branch The screw coming from the base barely goes to the top of plate leaving no threads to screw in the branch separating to the middle plate This is the second one I am having to send back due to the same problem Very sad as I have the witches cauldron in this series from last year and love it Will try again next year

I received the tiered server today and it’s super cute. But the big tray on the bottom is tilted. I’ve tried making sure everything is done right but it looks like it might be an issue with the base. Is there a trick I’m not doing correctly?
