They were easy to assemble except the 4th stool: the pegs on the back did not fit into the holes. We called the help line, and the helpful woman said we would get a new stool in 3-5 days. We were very pleased with her help. Our son-in-law stopped over and he "muscled" the pegs into the holes so we called the same woman on the help line to cancel the replacement stool. Great service and great stools.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Beautiful and comfortable from Very nice counter stools Just ordered 8 of these counter stools in the Marbled Indigo and they look fantastic in my newly designed kitchen. They came quickly, packed well and were very easy to put together. The quality is beautiful and they are very comfortable to sit on for long periods of time. Also, a great height as well. You can order free swatches as well, which we did and it was a great way to feel and see the material in order to make our decision.

The stools were well made, bonded leather and withstood 3 cats and 4 grandkids. It was time to replace and I found the Bryson Stools to be the best option style, price & durability! I ordered swatches which came almost overnight.I then ordered immediately & received stools within 3 days! One stool had minor chips on legs. I reached out to Customer Service with photos. They offered multiple solutions including shipping a replacement & arrangement of pickup to send damaged stool back. I highly recommend Grandin Road stools for price, style & service. Here’s to 8 more years!!!
