Is the custom address monogram writinf on just the right side or both?
On the white mailbox, is the personalization in gold or black? Both are shown, but I don’t see an option to choose.
What material is the flag and door pull made of?
1) What method is used to hold door closed? 2) Explain the locking mechanism and where the lock is. 3) Please describe mailbox personalization, ie, stickers, assembly needed, UV protection, etc. 4) Is plaque included if not personalized?

Well made large mail box
Mailbox is nicely made and was fairly easy to put up. It is large. This is our second home we used this mailbox for.

WILL I EVER GET ALL THE PARTS
The mailbox is beautiful, at least what I have of it. When it arrived parts were missing and the post was a different color from the box. Still waiting for the correct post. A huge hassle mostly due to poor customer service!

Inaccurate measurements
I purchased this mailbox after asking if and be assured that it does satisfy the T4 Next Generation USPS size requirement for mailboxes. It does not. The dimensions given are outside measurements utilizing the larger base and roof. A medium USPS parcel box will not fit, while it does fit in the T4 Next Generation Box. We were installing it by a new home,
and it was not approved by the postmaster. If the box was 2 inches wider, it would be perfect. It is a beautiful box, and I was very unhappy that it was not usable. Grandinroad graciously accepted the return and paid the return shipping charges.
