What does the wall mount template consist of? Can it be mounted to brick?
Thank you for your interest in our Bunker Hill Hanging Mailbox Package. The template will be a piece of paper that helps to line up the holes. This item can be mounted on brick, but you would need to get masonry hardware from your local hardware store.

What is the actual dimension of the mailbox? This replaces my current one and it would be great to not have to drill new holes into the brick. thanks
Hello, I recently received this mailbox and it is beautiful but too heavy for our outdoor (we have no stud or concrete wall, just plywood). Do you also sell any stands or things that could help me mount this?

Replacing the same mailbox, lasted 22 years!
I love the durability and sturdiness of Bunker Hill"s Hanging Mailbox. Our previous version served us well for 22 years! The only reason for the 4 star rating is because of the new locking insert edition. We receive large volumes of mail and the insert really limits the amount of mail that can be placed in the box.

I love my mailbox! It is the finishing touch to our recently renovated house. It is big and sturdy and super secure. Looks very expensive too! I give it 4 stars only because you have to paste the plate of the customized number yourself, which I found surprising/ a bit annoying. But it is super easy to si. Ir w me a second to do it and honestly everything comes like that these days: you have to either put it together yourself or finish it in some shape or form. Other than that I am super-pleased with my purchase.

Nice and sturdy. Huge capacity. A bit awkward to use at first. We watched our frustrated mail carrier (on our doorbell camera) try to get a plethora of holiday catalogs stuffed into the mailbox. He had not lifted the locking panel prior to trying to put the mail in. I suppose the option to lock the box is nice, but the panel is just in the way for us..... and the poor mailman!

Disappointed with product.
I ordered a Black mailbox and the shipping invoice said Black. But they actually sent it in White. Wrong color for the house. And no directions.
