Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Arrived in perfect condition I fell in love with this work of art, and before I finally was able to afford to order it, I read the reviews and was quite concerned when several stated that it arrived with several shelves broken off. I called their customer service to express my concern, and they assured me they would do everything in their power for it to arrive intact. We purchased the extra white glove delivery service, I watched as they carefully unpacked it, and was extremely impressed with how well it was securely packed. It arrived in perfect shape, very strong and well built. I’m thrilled, can’t stop admiring it!

Gorgeous wood grain and unique staggered shelf design. I love the curved center panel. I waited for 20% sale to purchase two of them. Truck delivery is pricey. The bookcases are heavy. If you have children I suggest securing to a wall. They arrived undamaged- perfect!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Laurie24 from Beautiful piece! I had been looking at this particular item for over a year and was so excited when I found it on sale. Very happy with it. Only reason that I'm not giving this 5 stars is because 2 of the shelves are not level. As soon as we removed it from the box, I noticed it. Thinking it was an optical illusion, we got out the level to check (see pictures). Both of the shelves on the left are like this. Luckily, where this unit is being used, it's not noticeable. The shelves on the right are fine. Other than this, the unit seems sturdy and it's an attractive piece. Delivery was great - - no damage. I did sweat a bit about this after reading the 1-star reviews. Phew! And very glad it was delivered as one piece with no need to put anything together.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Schelly from Beautiful but Flawed It arrived well packaged, but the shelves are not level and the staining was off. I sent photos and customer service agreed to 25% off. Even so, it's still quite expensive and the $200 shipping charge is outrageous. I would not recommend this shelf and honesty wish I had not made the purchase in the first place.

Rated 1 out of 5 by MAT10 from Beautiful but very damaged I received a heavily damaged one and it was replaced with an equally damaged one. Many joints separated, shelves hanging off, staples holding it together ripped out. I must say the wood and design were beautiful I was so disappointed in the damage. Customer service was superb and I received a full refund on both shipments.
