They are very well made and stable (we have three large dogs!!). I think what I like best is the flexibility they offer - they are light enough that I can pick them up and move them to different places in my great room and adjacent sitting area, depending on where I need them. Great quality for the price, with the bonus of maximum flexibility to move where needed for entertaining!
