Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Horrible Service/Still have my money! After ordering in November 2023 I finally got a email that it had shipped In April. My credit card was charged and then I get a phone call for me to refuse delivery because the headboard was not included in the delivery and they can’t get another. I only received a partial refund as they need the refused boxes back. I refused the partial delivery and Still waiting on my refund and none of this was my fault but I’m being treated unfairly.
