For the dark gray 5' skeleton, do you think you'll be getting more before Halloween??

Can I be notified when this "Dark Gray 5' Skeleton - Item: #168047" becomes available? I wanted to order 3-4 of these but missed the window where they were available.

Can the arms from the elbow down be removed? I want to put a straight jacket on him but I believe I would have to do this in order for his arms to look like they are crossed in front of him.
