light-weight down blanket used a bedspread
I purchased the king size baltic blue down blanket to be used as a bedspread for our queen bed with a mattress height of 30" ... mainly because our bedspread was simply too heavy on our legs and feet when folded down for the evening. The weight of this blanket is perfect and it fits our queen as a bedspread with the perfect overhang on our tall mattress. Quality and fabric are very nice as well.

Lightweight but warm
We are enjoying this blanket. We live in the south so it isn't bitterly cold but we do get some cold nights. This blanket has been ideal; it is lightweight so you don't feel like you have a bunch of blankets on yet it is warm. We are very pleased with it!

Fabuous, warm blankets
I love these blankets. I bought them for every bed in my North Carolina mountain home. They are so lightweight and yet, WARM. I was surprised they were as warm as they were. I have a big down comforter on my bed at home. This thin, lightweight blanket warmed me so much than my down comforter. I'm very impressed. Have reordered to have one at my home, too.

Are the borders of the blanket also filled with down?
Thank you for your interest in the Elements Down Blanket. The borders of this blanket are poly filled, not down filled as the rest of the blanket is.

I ordered a down blanket late last year. Called Moroccan down blanket. I returned it because it didn’t have much down fill in it. Should I be concerned about the Elements blanket??
