Beautiful fabric
I am so happy that we purchased this ottoman! The fabric is beautiful and the size is perfect! It is big enough to put your feet up comfortably and it is doesn’t take up much room. Truly compliments our furniture.

The look of Elegance
This cut velvet is beautiful, the blue is a soft color that blends in well with any shade of blue and looks elegant. It's lightweight but substantial as well. Great value.

Velvet ottoman
This ottoman is beautifully constructed. I got the silver which works so well in my room. Perfect height and comfort to prop my feet while reading or watching TV. It had been on back order but was sooo worth waiting for. I’m thrilled with my purchase.

Lovely, BUT missing the bumpers under the legs
We purchased 3 of these for a room we're redo'ing and they're beautiful in person. I love them. Adds a whimsy elegance to the room, yet still fun. I would have given this 5 stars, but each of the orders were shipped without the rubber bumpers under the wood legs that are shown in the pictures, so since they're fulfillment department seems to fail to QA their product shipments constantly, I had to yet again deal with calling their product department to follow up and get what I needed, since it wasn't provided correctly when the units were shipped to us, so they set a bunch of steps of stoppers separately from India and we have to figure out how to install them. I wish Grandin Road would do a better job of managing their product fulfillment and QA, so their customers didn't end up having to do their companies work for them. I've found this too many times on too many orders. It's really their job to do this, not their customers job. It's nice that their buyers choose nice items, but they're failing to do the QA and due diligence that impacts their customers experience way too often.
