Classic Everedge Lawn Edging is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 93.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Everedge We have used everedge throughout our entire yard and it is great. While it is a bit pricey, it does last. Some of it is over 8 years old and still holding up like new. It makes all of the edges around our many flower beds and fire pit area look neat and trimmed all of the time. Plus it is easy to mow around.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice Great product. Easy to install and looks fantastic around our two trees. I'd order more but they're a bit too pricey to use for all the edging in my yard.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The perfect finishing touch A quality product that works well and does the job with style. Finished off our patio by delineating a nice line between the gravel areas and the garden mulch, with straight runs, bends and sharp corners.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice minimalist edging Great product that gives you a clean thin edging to your landscaping. Like any home improvement, it is never as easy as you want it to be. You do need to dig it in and then the spikes will still hit thing like gravel and roots in existing landscaping which will hinder your progress.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everedge I ordered the boarder edging and liked it so much, I ordered the tree ring. Very high quality and heavy duty and attractive metal that is easy to bend or straighten according to need and to install. It looks attractive and professional. Even the screw heads are colored to match the edging so you can't see the joints unless you are looking very closely.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for my rock garden I bought this item to keep rock off the trunk of my dwarf tree. It was easy to install, does exactly what I need it to do, seems to be very durable, and looks great! I would not hesitate to recommend this product to a friend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this product I keep buying these for just "this one more tree", or bush that I want to get extra water. With these rings I can handwater my japanese maples, who love alot of moisture and fill up these rings with water and let them seep into the ground. I can't tell you how effective they are around any tree or bush that like some extra water. In friendship and sunshine, gardeninglover

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome I bought 3 boxes of this to frame beds between my walk & house. Once you get the hang of it, it's very easy to install - but it does require a little muscle. It is very sturdy and frames the area perfectly. I like it so much I'm buying 3 more boxes today! Only drawback is that it is very pricey - but, in the long run, it obviously will hold up.

Height of edging for lawn and gravel driveway

I need to use the edge trimming to separate my lawn from my gravel/pea stone driveway. Knowing that the spikes are the same height-3.5", should I use the 3" or the 5" height
Asked by: george
Thank you for your interest in the Classic Everedge Lawn Edging. We apologize, but the 5"H is no longer available.

choosing between the height options.

To seperate a mulched shrub bed from the lawn which size would be the better choice? Any thoughts?
Asked by: Thom
Thank you for your interest in the Classic Everedge Lawn Edging. This item should be pushed into the ground until the edge is flush with the turf level. If your shrub bed is lower then the turf level the 5" option may be better.

Dimensions - total height

What is the height of the edging...Spike is 3-3/4"? But what about the band portion. Total height top to bottom would be helpful, thanks.

Can regular everedge be shaped in the form of a circle to create edging around a tree (tree ring)?

I am attempting to make a ring around my new tree. I am aware that Everedge has a classic tree ring but I want the ring to be 5 inches deep and 7 to 8 feet in diameter. Can the regular 5" edging be formed into a circle to make a ring or will it tend to kink. In other words, I am not sure how bendable the edging is.
Asked by: Pusa
I love the tree ring. The straight edging will bend. Depending on the diameter of your circle, it's stiffness maybe challenging to work with and you may need to work with circumferences in 5' increments due to the interlocking mechanisms. The metal does have "memory" so once you bend vs. flex it, it will never be truly straight.

What are the exact dimensions?

I am confused on the length. Is it 5 pieces each one measuring 16' or 5 pieces totaling 16'? Thank you

5 pieces totaling 16'

What color is this?

Is this the brown colored Everedging or is it the Cor-Ten that patinas?
Asked by: StarShine
Dear StarShine, It is powder coated brown, which resembles an oil rubbed bronze look to me which is the look I have in my home. I used a rubber mallet to tap it into place as if you use a metal hammer you will hammer off that powder coating and when it gets wet after that it will rust in that spot. I hope this answers your question. In friendship and sunshine. gardeninglover

Can this be used to edge the lawn that's next to the road?

I am looking for something to install right where my lawn ends and meets the road. The soil gets washed away and snow salt on the roads corrodes the grass etc. My plan is to install this system and then to build the lawn up a bit with new top soil and grass seed ..almost like a berm. Do I need to check with the town? Thanks. Also, it's 5 pieces= 16 feet?
Asked by: Marl
Dear Marl, first of all, yes, by all means, use it for the purpose you mention above. You may want to use the 5" wide as opposed to the 3" as I have used. Your second question is regarding notification with the town. I do not think so. I live in a homeowners association and I have not heard a thing regarding the choice of materials that I use. It's just edging, only on an epic scale. Ha ha. Lastly, Marl, you are correct, the measurement comes out to 16.5 '. But take it from me, you can't order too much. You will find places to use it that you can't know now. You will love it. In friendship and sunshine, gardeninglover.
