EZ Bed 4.7 5 336 356
Good purchase I have been looking for a bed like this for a long time. I needed something for occasional company, that I could put away when not in use and was up off the floor. I found it in the EZ Bed. While I did see this bed on some other sites, I liked Grandinroad's 90 day return policy. The EZ Bed came out of the box just as advertised. No setup problems. It didn't deflate quite as good as I hoped, but I've only done it once. My guest comes for a 2 week visit in May and that will be the true test. I am optimistic that this bed will be perfect. I will try to remember to comeback and update this review once it has truly been used. April 12, 2015
Great Buy...so far. My 27 year old son slept on it for a week and there was no problem what-so-ever. Certainly not as comfortable as a sleep sofa, but it was comfortable enough. Watching it automatically open and close is truly an experience to behold. When done using it, it folds back into a neat little suitcase with wheels and a handle...a very cleverly designed item. My only concern is some of the previous reviews that have talked about leaks developing. It comes with a few leak patches which seems like a tip-off that this may be a probability down the line. Since ours is new, only time will tell. One suggestion for the manufacturer - the pump does not have an automatic shut-off hence I would think that if you try to make the mattress super firm, you have a better chance of puttin too much pressure on the seams and making it leak. The manuf. should make it so that it shuts off at a firm setting, and that setting would be some sort of safety setting against any leaks. I pumped mine up with some caution. December 4, 2013
Great bed for guests I love this EZ Bed. It arrived in perfect condition and sets up in minutes!. I'm glad I purchased the queen size for my guests! April 6, 2015
So happy I got two EZ is the right name for this bed, it was exactly as pictured in the short video. I set it up and tested it out to see if it would be right for guests, and was so happy with it that I ordered a second one. The sheets that you offered seemed rather spendy to me, but I went ahead and ordered one set. They were backordered but let me tell you they were well worth the wait! The fit and quality are just wonderful, the "added" features of the attached skirt and "fitted" top sheet were so unexpected and added such a "finished" look to the bed that I ordered a second set.Love it. You need to put more details in your description of the sheets on the website. I read all of the reviews prior to making my purchase of this EZBed, and found both the pros and cons to be of great help in my final decision to buy this remarkable bed. It's fun just to watch it inflate and "set itself up" I highly recommend this bed, just remember,as with any air mattress to get a memory foam top for it as well. April 1, 2012
EZ Bed Though the bed was comfortable and held air throughout the time we used it, it was very cold. Even with a blanket under the sheet, my sister was still cold laying on it. Perhaps a different type of material on the cover would help the coldness. January 11, 2015
Disappointed in Style Change We ordered a third Basic Inflatable EZ Bed after the first one we had finally died. Apparently somewhere along the line Grandinroad merged with Frontgate because the design is the same as the second one we bought from Frontgate which has not held up as well as our first purchased one from Grandinroad. We still have the second one which is being used for a child but it has a slow leak that can not be found so it has to be blown up after each sleep time. I purposedly purchased from Grandinroad to be sure I would get the same as our orignal purchase - but the package came from Frontgate and the design is the same as the second one we have. We hope that it lasts longer. April 24, 2012
EZ bed really works You really just do plug it in and turn the knob to "inflate" then watch the bed expand as it inflates. It's like magic. Inflating the EZ bed took under 10 minutes, I think. All I had to do was gently straighten the support legs and put the sheets on, after it was inflated. My guest (my mom) loved it, slept great. She is in her 70's and had no problems getting up and down from this bed (it is much more comfortable than my own lumpy mattress). I would not use it for every guest, as it is made to support weight of 300 pounds or less. Deflating it was just as easy -- I was expecting it to be a lot more hassle but you just plug in the cord, turn the knob to "deflate" and then all you have to do is gently fold the side supports in and zip the unit back up in the case. It was a great investment for my limited space! I love it! It is an air mattress, so I don't know how many uses it will endure before I have to repair it -- so far, so good. April 8, 2014
Basic Inflatable EZ Bed Great product; we owned one already and were extremely happy with it. During these past holidays we had the need for another one and it was delivered in a timely manner. We would like to suggest to find a way to have sheets fitting between the frame and the mattress. January 7, 2015

Thank you for your interest in the EZ Bed. You can add additional air to the mattress, which is usually only necessary after a night's sleep.
