When will the Finley Hill candle rings be available again?

Just received my candle rings. Am I supposed to cut the zip ties around them to get them to fit around the candle or is the candle supposed to balance on top of the ring?

There was a lot of feedback in the reviews, that some candle rings were skimpy, and some were full.In addition, they said that many were too big for your candlesticks, and fell straight down. What is the inside diameter of these Finley candle rings? Thx

Is it 2 8" H, 2 6"H and one 4" H. Or 1 6" and 2 4" and 2 8"?
