Beautiful wreath
I bought this after Christmas to put away gif next year and it is beautiful. The only thing I am disappointed about is that it has glitter and I didn't see that in the description. It makes such a mess and I had to spray it so the glitter isn't everywhere.

how many lights are there
Does the frosted garland have LED lights? Does it qualify for 20% off?
I'm also curious if these are LED lights? This should definitely be included in the description.
after placing the batteries in the system and turning to "on"; the lights do not come on. I am having the same issues with the garland. is there a separate switch or tab that needs to used before operating the first time?
