Fulton Fire Pit is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 24.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fulton Fire Pit The fire pit itself is nice. My only complaint would be the packaging of the cover. It came with 2 large flat dents on the edges. I noticed them after i had already tossed the packaging. So I didn't return the cover.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks great I'm using it as a table top on a round base. It's a tad flexible, but otherwise fabulous. Withstands the weather nicely. Appears to have a clear coating on it to delay weathering.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic I have many new and vintage copper collectibles in my home and this product is top of the line! I am using it as a coffee table and may later purchase one for its intended purpose for out on my deck!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Convenient fire pit and tray This copper tray looks great. Nice and sturdy and not too rustic. It fits over the firepit -we get compliments all the time!! The packaging and delivery were flawless.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Largest Tray Ever! This has to be the largest tray I have ever owned--it is beautifully constructed, heavy, durable and solid copper! We purchased this tray with our Fulton Fire Pit to use as a cover for the pit, but it is just too pretty for that purpose alone. We just love it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pretty, but not sold This top/tray is pretty, but very thin. For the price, I expected much thicker copper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Family Time This fire pit was a great purchase for our family. We bought a furniture set and the fire pit for our back deck. The size is perfect and it is nice quality. The screen adds a bit of safety. The unintended benefit has been fun family time. We've had several nice evenings with our two school aged daughters. We roast marshmallows and talk…a break from electronics! It is like having a campfire without the camping:) We did buy the matching copper cover for rainy days. Otherwise it would accumulate water.

The lid I purchased has started to discolor in the center. What's the best method to use for cleaning? Also, is there a way to bring back the orange-like copper shine?

Asked by: Wondering
Thank you for your interest in the Fulton Fire Pit. It is best to wipe clean with a damp cloth. If a cleaner needs to be used we recommend one that is safe for copper.

Is there a cover that you recommend for rainy / snowy days? I am concerned that it doesn't have a hole at the bottom for water.

Asked by: Jeff
They do offer a matching cover

Are the handles of the tray brass? Soldi brass?

Asked by: lori
Yes, they are heavy and brass in color--but I could not tell you for sure that they are solid brass.

Can someone give me the exact measurement for the rim?

We have a metal dome sculpture that is 30" that need to be placed on the rim.
Asked by: Joy
The rim is exactly 30" in diameter. If you are concerned about it being too exact, you could also purchase the copper tray which is slightly larger in diameter than the rim of the bowl.

Can this fire pit and tray cover be left outside? What effect would rain have on the finish?

Asked by: Mumsie
Ours is out on our back deck and will slowly discolor. That is normal for copper. We like it anyway, and it does keep water out of the bowl.

What is the thickness of the copper?

I have heard of many copper fire pits being too thin and them melting without a heavy layer of sand at the bottom.
Asked by: DEL Brigham
I used a caliper to measure the thickness as best I could. It appears to be 1/16 inch hammered copper. I have never heard of the need to place sand at the bottom. The product instructions don't mention it, and the fuel rests on a bottom great above the copper, so only embers drop to the bottom.
