Simply stunning!
Because of reading the other reviews, I washed the quilt and shams in some vinegar to set the "dye" better and they have been fine. As far as the black and white lining, I just went with black and white random dotted sheets. With grey walls the bedding is particularly stunning!

Brightens the Room
What a great purchase! Brightens the room yet with class. Not a bright, college dorm look that you find too often with color. I have a dog that feels he owns the bed, this will be durable and perfect.

LOVE this quilt
Its perfect for Summer in AZ, very lightweight and in the winter I will place my goosedown Duvet underneath it. I was looking for a pop of color as I have neutral tones throughout my home. Absolutely pleased, added berry colored sheets and really deep red/burgundy rugs around the bed.

Fades and shrinks!
I bought this quilt. I absolutely love it. It's so pretty and perfect. I, like the other person, washed it once. I did exactly as the washing instructions said. It faded and shrunk. I am so bummed. I loved it and now it's just ok...

Colors Fade
I was so excited to receive this quilt! I wanted something colorful for my black bed. I saw this online and had to have it! When I opened the shipping box I gasped because the colors were so bright and perfect! The quilt itself was the perfect weight for summer. I washed it one time according to label directions and when I took it out of the washer, I was so disappointed! The colors faded so much and now it looks old and drab after just one wash! The black faded to a sort of grey color. What happened? All of the other items I’ve purchased from Grandin Road have been such great quality. This is so much more than disappointing. When my husband saw the quilt on the bed he asked where the old quilt came from. Even he thinks it looks old! It’s brand new! So sad.
