Fogged up glass
I ordered both the bat and graveyard cloche. The bat cloche was delivered first. The glass was so fogged up with film there was even a handprint visible in the glass. I called customer service and they sent another out, no problems. But the 2nd one arrived with fogged up glass, too, just not as bad as the first. So I gave up. Also, the dome is glued on so there’s no way to open it and clean the glass. Note: the graveyard cloche arrived and was perfect. No fogging or smudges!

Meant to be??
I got the tombstone version of this, the glass is cloudy, too. But, maybe it's supposed to be that way to give it that, "spooky, old" effect. I would rather the glass top be removable. Cute design, I'll keep it, but thinking of how could I loosen / remove the glue???

Cloudy inside
I bought both of these cloches the bats and the tombstones. The tombstone o e is beautiful but the one with the bats is cloudy and dirty inside the glass so you can't clean it!

Disappointed!
Very disappointed with this product. I purchased both the bat's & tombstone cloche. I opened the tombstone one first, it is beautiful and in perfect condition. The bats however is filthy on the inside of the globe, you can barely see the product on the inside. it is smeared and fingerprinted all over inside. I am seeing many of the same reviews. I will be returning this one.

Very dissatisfied…
Been a Grandinroad customer for years. I’m so disappointed this year. This item looked as if it had been broken & put back together & the glass coche is crooked. The inside of the glass is dirty & can’t be cleaned. The bottom where you insert the batteries is cracked. There’s glue all around the outside.

I also was very disappointed in this product and very surprised grandin road would put anything of this quality out there, my glass globe was also very dirty on inside plus all glue on bottom, sooooo surprised

Foggy and dirty glass

Disappointed
The inside of the glass is dirty and foggy, which cannot be cleaned and looks awful, especially when the lights are turned on. Sadly, this will be returned.

disappointing
The base is crooked and the globe is so foggy/filmed over that you can hardly see what's inside it. I will be returning this and cancelling the one that is on backorder.
