Be gentle!
After seeing negative reviews, I have to weigh in. These are absolutely beautiful and are so versatile. The key is to be gentle when assembling. Don't force the pieces together. If the piece doesn't fit, try it in a different position on the base. Store them assembled rather than taking them apart. I've had mine for 3 years and just ordered more.

title is good/accurate
This product is plastic and you need to assemble it! And is it worth it....oh yeah! They come in a small box but are vey easy to assemble and they look like delicate glass. Use these in elegant settings, fairy lands and even rustic settings...they make everything POP! Only downer is once assembled I couldn't take them apart.....hmmm all the more reason to keep them out all year long!

What Fun!
Despite breaking one spike initially, once I got the hang of it they were easy to assemble. Great retro look or touch of elegance if done correctly. Nice change from the same-o, same-o. Really have enjoyed them!

Fragile but pretty
I received my starburst today......so far I have only put one together....but one broke while putting together. Hope the super glue will fix it.....They are neat... be careful when assembling...

Add nice affect
I really like the starbursts as the effect they give is unique. I gave them 3 stars because I don't feel they are made as well as they should be and the full price is way too much. I waited until they went on sale and then bought just one set. If you really like them, wait until they go on sale the second time just before Christmas and purchase them at a much more reasonable price for the quality.

Temporary Pleasure
I bought 2 sets of these 1 week ago. They look stunning on my tree. They had the pizzazz and texture I’ve been searching for. Sadly, they are extremely cheap in construction. One broke in assembly and another literally fell apart while hanging in the tree. I don’t expect these to work another season, which is very disappointing considering the price point. This is the first purchase from Grandin Road I’ve been unhappy with.

Quality disappoints
I absolutely loved this product and was so excited to use as my tree topper. Unfortunately, upon arrival pieces were broken and as soon as I started assembling more pieces broke off easily. Very disappointed, material is plastic and extremely thin
