I ordered the 3 pieces for my office and delivery was delayed by over a month. Communication was a little scattered. However, when the items arrived, they were in good shape, and the delivering company was very good about saying when they would come. They put them in the proper room, cleaned up the transit material, and left. They are working well in my small space.

Nice entryway piece
It is a beautiful piece of furniture. We ordered the complete set and 2 of the 3 pieces were damaged upon arrival. We were able to fix the problems with wood glue and new hardware. Customer service offered a replacement or a partial refund, which was nice. I was just surprised at the quality of the piece for the price.
